1. What can be sold on Pleazo

Shops on Pleazo can list items in which the shop is involved in designing or crafting the item or reselling items.

Pleazo is a sex positive online marketplace for independent sellers. You can sell a wide range of items such as: sex toys, fetish & bondage items, lubes, art, books and other merchandise on pleazo.com, as long as the items are related to sexuality, sex- & body positivity, gender identity & feminism.

We offer a wide range of categories. If you would like to list an item which you feel does not fit any of the categories listed, please contact us.

By selling items on Pleazo, you agree that:

  • You are using your own photographs – not stock photos, artistic renderings, or photos used by other sellers or sites.
  • If you are selling personalised or custom made-to-order items, you agree that: All listings are available for purchase at a set price.
  • If you are using photographs of previous work with options for customisation (like colour choices) included in the listing, it is clear in your description that the photos shown are just examples.

2. Reselling

Reselling” is selling an item that you, the seller, did not make or design. Generally, reselling is allowed on Pleazo however we do prohibit some examples.

Examples of prohibited reselling include the following:

  • Creatively repackaging commercial items (for example a gift basket consisting of non-handmade items)
  • Curating a collection of others’ handmade goods that you did not design or make
  • Selling items made or designed by another seller without permission (meaning not made or designed by yourself or your company).

Pleazo reserves the right to remove listings that do not follow our policies. Sellers remain obligated to pay any fees incurred in listing such items.

3. What can’t be sold on Pleazo

Pleazo is a semi-curated marketplace (meaning sellers must have properly set up their shop policies, payment and shipping methods then manually approved to publish items). However, for a variety of reasons, we prohibit certain types of items from Pleazo. Some items are inconsistent with our values, are harmful to our users, or simply are not in the spirit of Pleazo. We don’t allow items/photos which are sexist, homophobic, or transphobic and we have the right to not publish items we feel does not fit our brand. This policy explains what is prohibited or restricted on Pleazo.
