Sellers on Pleazo must agree to important policies and standards outlined below. 

If Pleazo has reason to believe a seller has violated any of these policies, their shop, shop content, or accounts may be deactivated, suspended or terminated.

All sellers must include policies for delivery, returns, exchanges, payments, custom items, or any other guidelines that are important for shoppers to know before they make a purchase. Also, all sellers are required by the GPDR to have a privacy policy for your shop which is required by law. It lets your customers know how their data is stored and what you plan to use it for.
