Please allow at least 1-2 week delivery in the EU and at least 3-4 weeks outside the EU.
Tracking number: You will receive your tracking number in the shipping notification.
Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

I am not able to guarantee actual shipping time as this is dependent on the shipping provider as well as external circumstances beyond our control (weather, national holidays, strikes, customs processes etc.). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

Please make sure that your delivery address is correct. I ship, tracked and signed, with DHL or Hermes, depending on which is cheaper for your region at the moment.

Return/Refund Policy

I accept returns for defective items. A size exchange is also possible if the customer carries the shipping cost of the return item as well as shipping of the replacement item.

If you need to return a defective item:
-Contact me within: 5 days of delivery (with receipt for proof of purchase)
-Dispatch items back within: 14 days of delivery (from countries in the EU) **Do not send your items back without getting a return confirmation from me first**
I don’t accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged: panties
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
* Custom or personalized orders
* Perishable products (like food or flowers)
* Digital downloads
* Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) unless unsealed
Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The goods must be clean, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in their original state, with all tags still attached and with all packaging (incl. pouches, boxes etc.) in their original delivery box. Returned items that do not meet these criteria will be neither exchanged nor refunded.

I do not accept returns or exchanges of goods that have been damaged due to negligence, machine washing, or normal wear and tear.

I reserve the right to determine at my sole discretion if damaged goods are the result of normal wear and tear, defects, or were damaged from other causes. Where the damage is caused by Pique Lingerie, I will repair the item (if possible), exchange it, or, if there is no replacement product available, issue a refund. Shipping costs for returns are carried by the clients. Returns with insufficient postage will not be accepted. In the unlikely case of a defective product, I will reimburse the cost of the return shipping at the standard shipping rate and upon receiving proof of shipping cost paid by the customer in the form of a receipt.

I do not reimburse shipping costs incurred through additional shipping options e.g. express. I also do not reimburse import and customs duties paid by the customer.

Please note that goods that do not reach me can not be refunded or exchanged. This also applies to goods that are damaged during return transit. In order to avoid this, I recommend that you send the return items in their original packaging with tracked and registered shipping. For international clients, I recommend that you declare the package as a return on any customs forms to avoid delays at customs. If you do not mark the return package as return items and I am required to pay customs in order to receive the return, I will not accept it.

Returns and exchanges will be processed within 14 days from receipt of the returned goods. Items that were purchased using a gift card will have the refund amount returned to their gift card.

Reduced sale items can not be returned nor exchanged, except in the case of defective items.
