You might find that these “masturbator” toys have a thin silicone membrane on the inside of the duct. This hymen is a consequence of the moulds used to shape the toy and a natural outcome of the creation process. Just like the one in “real” people, this hymen might take different shapes. Whenever it is necessary, we carefully trim this membrane. The traces that remain are very soft (skin-like) in texture and will not affect the usability of the toy. They might naturally disappear after a few uses or can be (very) gently removed (not recommended) with your fingers.

Return/Refund Policy
Cancellation:
Cancellation of an order is possible with a full refund or store credit (including delivery fee) before we ship the package (considering we have received your request about cancellation and replied to you). After the shipping, you must follow the return policy to cancel.

We will only accept returns from EU countries. Due to the nature of the items sold by us, only products returned in their entirety, in their original, complete and intact packaging* will be accepted. Any product that has been damaged (except if it was damaged before the reception and you notified to us immediately), or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded or exchanged.
To return the product, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen working days to express your desire to return a product after the receiving date and another fourteen days to return the product to us. The cost of the shipping back to us (and the customs taxes if applicable) will be your responsibility unless the reason for returning is a faulty/damaged product. In the latter case, we will also refund the returning shipping cost to you, an invoice will be required.
A full refund or store credit will be issued via the original payment method, 14 days after you inform us of your desire to return the product (considering we already received the returned product with its original packaging*).
