CANCEL A ORDER
We understand that ordering a lingerie item for your special occasion is an important undertaking, and our cancellation policy was created with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our clothing/lingerie and some accessories (including harnesses) are made-to-measure, whether you ordered a standard size or custom measurements, and the materials cannot be reused once the creation process has begun. The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. Please refer to our cancellation and return policies below for details.
Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation* will be eligible for a full refund.
Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
If you would like to cancel your order, please login into My account to proceed.
Please allow up to 3-10 days for delivery after your order has left our atelier.
If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible by email or phone call. We always want to get our items to you as quickly as possible, so the sooner you are able to let us know the better!
The order has not shipped yet: If you just placed your order, or it looks like your order hasn't shipped yet, please reach out to us right away! We will try our best to intercept your package and cancel for you. If we are able to cancel we will then be able to refund your original form of payment.
The order has shipped: If your order is already in transit to you, please reach out by email or phone. Once you receive the package please send it right back to us, using the same box and address written.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
When you received your package you have two weeks to reconsider.
We of course want you to be in love with your lovely order.
If you wish to return any items of your order, then we ask you to follow these steps.
In this way we know that your return is coming and your refund will be processed quicker.

Your return needs to be announced, by letting us know in an email, or phone call within these two weeks and your return package needs to be accepted by us in Berlin within four weeks.Please take in consideration how much time it will take for the package to be returned to us.Check your local post office of a carrier for delivery time frames.
It's your responsibility till it reaches us.
We can’t be held responsible for any delays, missing items or damage.
Returns will only be accepted if they are sent in original packaging and in the same condition including the price tags attached to the items.
Don't use any other packaging to return the item(s).
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you wish to return all your items during our Free Shipping offer, please be aware we will deduct the original shipping charges of the refund amount.
Refunds and processing
Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return box.
If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.
When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Additional Return Policy
All sales are final.
All garments are handmade to order and there is a 24 hour grace period to change or cancel your order (please use the contact form to do so). Once the grace period passes and garment construction begins, all sales are final.
It is encouraged to pay close attention to the size guides, and to write with any questions you may have before placing your order!
That said, there are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded as well as any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
I only replace items if they are defective or damaged when you got them. All exchanges must be made within 4 days of the delivery of your original order. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and you will get instructions on where to send the item.
Items cannot be exchanged if the buyer have choosen the wrong size. Please measure yourself accurately in order to choose the right size.
